Phoenix - Consolation Prices

La banda francesa Phoenix es, en definitiva, una de mis favoritas, me gusta su música fresca, su estilo desenfadado, la imagen que proyectan, su forma de jugar con los instrumentos; sin embargo, hace poco descubrí una razón más que me llevó a sumarles puntos, la razón tiene que ver con la canción que he escogido para esta semana.
Daniel Askill es un chico de nacionalidad Australiana que se dedica a hacer, entre otras cosas, videoclips musicales, casi todos ellos ayudándose de alguna técnica de animación. Como muchos de ustedes ya saben, el 12, 13 y 14 de Noviembre estaré en el CutOut Fest, evento en el cual hay una actividad que consiste en la proyección de diferentes videoclips musicales realizados con técnicas de animación; será en esta muestra donde podamos ver un poco del trabajo de Daniel Askill (lee más aquí).
Además de la excelente técnica y limpieza visual con la cual está realizado el video, la letra de la canción es muy buena, disfrútenla:
